Weight of 3" and 3.5" FMIC?
The 3" weighs 19lbs and the 3.5" weighs 24 lbs with side cardboards on protected for shipment (they were ready to ship, so I didn't take the packaging off
) The core is bar and plate and uses a unique internal/external fin combination that is our own design. We've been through several incarnations of cores over the years and our final design (current) we've found to be the most efficient without limiting flow.

Good question RichJ, I was planning on going straight to the 5" core but I autocross and that weight up front can make a difference.
Does anyone know the weight of the stock intercooler?
What is the weight of the 4" and 5" core? I am guessing 4" core is 29lbs & 5" 39
Also, this may sound like a basic question, but what is a bar and plate core??

It weighed 29lbs without any packing protection attached.
