I hope you're watching the carrier bearing bracket... I ended up having to take out that small heat shield and bending those bolts out of the way. No amount of aligning of the system could prevent that thing from rattling/banging... I had people looking at me like I was making a re-make of the Beverly Hillbillies movie...
You actually got yours to come out of the bumper alot straighter than mine. Mine comes awfully close to the right lip of the bumper...

I don't know man... I've adjusted the damn thing so many times, I'm actually at the point of taking it off and selling it... My wife won't even ride in the car anymore because of the driveshaft banging the hell out of the system. I am actually afraid of punching a hole in it... I may give it one more shot but there's not much else I can do...

This one however, has taken all the rattles away.

No, I do not have either of them.
Wicked, I had a similar issue with my 3.5 inch ets exhaust...it was hitting the driveshaft on hard turns. Simple solution was taking it to an exhaust shop and they just welded a hanger and put on a more solid bushing on the back and viola, 3.5 inch exhaust is tight, no more touching. That's what I suggest to you..take it to a good exhaust shop.

When i had my hks hi power i had it bolted to the megan downpipe... rubbed the hell outta the driveshaft.. got rid of the megan and the problem went away!!
never had that problem since on any of the 4 exhaust ive had!

What other option do I have for a downpipe?? What's strange about this whole thing is that it does it the worse at idle...
I am going to give the Blox front motor mount a try and see if the stiffness of it will help it not move as much...
I shouldn't have to take something I paid a pretty penny for to an exhaust shop for them to fix...
Worse comes to worse, I take the damn thing off and sell it and get the Buschur...
