Curious on gains

I was wondering what kinda gains can you expect with the ETS 3.5 IC + ETC UICP? If anyone can chime in with some info here that would be great!

Speaking in general you should see 10-20whp depending on a bunch of variables

The upper pipe prolly won't yeild much if any power at all. It sure looks good though, and since you're eliminating a good amount of length from the stock routing, response should be slightly better and you'll have close to zero chance of a blown pipe due to the use of t-bolt clamps and none of the crap expanding stock rubber hose.

Just slapping on the intercooler should give ~10whp. The real power is gonna come from tuning after putting the intercooler on. You'll be able to add in a bunch of timing since your charge air temps will be lower than with the stocker.

For just bolting the intercooler we've seen peak gains in that range, with a few just over 20whp. The biggest gains will come from a retune after the install, as you'll find a few more pounds of boost and several degrees more timing available without knock. The power really starts to pile on when you take advantage of the reduction in knock sensitivity and significantly more consistent air intake temperatures after the intercooler install

Tom, if I make an extra 20awhp after slapping mine on before retuning, I will **** myself. I will then sell my soul to ETS.

Tom,
Is there any gain if I use 3 inch lower IC Pipe with 35R/37R?

I was wondering if you are selling one and I will buy your 4 inch IC but can you make a 3 inch inlet to match the 3 inch lower ic pipe? Will it help the spool or gain on HP? How much for this combo shipped? please pm me. tnx!

Here's a picture of a 4" kit with 3" inlet/outlet and 3" piping with adjustable telescoping LICP The current stock EVO IX turbo power record is held by Lucas of English Racing at 506whp with our 5" intercooler and 3" IC piping, so I can't say that it would hurt! PM sent, thanks!
