I have always been a big ETS fan! I went down there the other day and ended up picking up a used kit they had laying around. It was missing 2 fittings witch they said they would get out to me asap since i was planning to install on Friday. The fittings almost beat me back to my house and they even through in a little present for me ETS never fails to provide the best customer service you will find anywhere!

Tom, Michale, JR, Erica, and the rest of the team down there just do an amazing job! I can't thank them enough!

 

ETS FTMFW!!! I wish i lived closer, I still havent gotten to see the facility yet. I will take a day off soon enough and go down there w/ you Billy.

Yeah I love Tom if I was a gurl and he was single I would marry him HAHA JK! Tom was great by representing ETS. I had similar issues with another vendor on here and ended up pissed off and leaving them feedback on it. If anyone is going to need "How to run a Business", you should have the ETS Team School you on it.

Nothing says live like having things hand delivered even. JR comes over to do stuff and is usually saddled down with part of an order for us. Really very few big companies are as down to earth as ETS. I have never felt like I was being talked down to, bushwacked with tech, or anything like that. Always humble and willing to help.

If i lived even two hours away from those guys, they would probably see me everyday. I am very jealous you can hang out with those guys.....they are cool peeps .

ETS has one of the greatest service and products around and i am very glad that they are located in the NW. I am a big supporter of them and their work. Tom, JR, Mike are the man . Keep up the great work guys....oh yeah i cant wait to get my car back from you guys so i can hit the track.
