Advice on FP Red setup before I take her to ETS

Lucas, Aaron, and the respective ETS/English teams. I should be getting my FPRED in soon, hopefully before I head out to Japan. I talked a bit with Aaron, when he tuned me (Lou Patricio, silver 8 from whidbey) a few weeks ago and gave him a heads up that I will hopefully install my RED in sometime in December. I will be leaving my car for a week, since i live in whidbey and would drop her off one weekend. He quoted me a basic price for the turbo install, dyno, and tune.

My current Non Mivec supporting mods are:
- K&N cone filter
- ETS 3" IC and LICP
- Borla Exhaust Manifold
- HKS DP
- Megan Test Pipe
- Megan O2 Housing
- Greddy TI
- Walbro 255 FP
- Precision 680 injectors
- AEM Tru Boost MBC (aaron tuned to 24psi) making around 310whp

I will be needing to install:
- FP Red turbo w/ Evo 8 install kit
- used Megan 02 housing (no gasket)
- used Precision 1000cc injectors

I'm asking for:
- dyno before anything get's taken/swapped out
- dyno and tune after install of all parts.

I was also wondering if there are any other "needed" supporting mods that I should have before heading for install, not like cams, etc. If I remember correctly, Aaron said bring a gallon of radiator fluid and some oil???

Thanks again and I hope to be seeing you guys soon. (been waiting for the RED since early Oct)

My memory might be a bit fuzzy but didn't you exhaust manifold leak a bit?

Glad to see you are going with the red, you will love it!

Is this going to be an E-85 or Pump Gas tune?

why not some cams? I know you mentioned "not like cams"....but with cams you are gonna make some more power. Have ETS build you a custome manifold for that turbo.....

yea there is an exhaust leak, but that's because i think the manifold to the turbo has a little leak in it.

it will be on pump 92.

and yes i will eventually want to add cams and valvetrain and TB, but i'm just looking for esentials that i need to knock outta the way. cams i can and will throw in later, as well as the TB

oh i was wondering if i should ditch the borla exhaust manifold and just put on a ported stocker? would it change the response time of the turbo?

If you can swing it you should have ETS make you a tubular header for the stock location red. That would be sweet with your set up.

i was thinking of that, but then again. I would first put the money into Cams since i don't have any. right now it's either sell the borla and use the money for the ported stocker.

The ETS Tubular header isnt that expensive and is very much worth the money.
