New TiAL Alpha Q Recirculating Blow Off Valve - In Stock!

Alpha Q is the first ever recirculating blow-off-valve offered by TiAL. This unique 50mm BOV flows 6% more than the current vent-to-atmosphere BOV we offer
- For use on turbo-charged and super-charged applications (Paxton, Vortec, etc.). The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.98 in (50.5mm) valve
- The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp uses Stainless Steel hardware for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance.
- The valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance.
- An aluminum or mild steel weld base mounting flange is furnished with each unit. Stainless Steel is available at an additional cost.

I'd really like to see one installed. I have heard they are quite large. Be interesting to see what they sound like also. I wouldn't mind one that is loud but actually has good drivability.

Do you include any adapter to work on stock UICP? I assume the inlet and outlet are too large to utilize the OEM hosing. Pretty interested in one myself. Wouldn't mind seeing one mounted in an VIII/IX too. A member sent some pics to me of a X and it looks really nice.

I wish I had some good pics of this installed under the hood, but I don't. We really don't plan on putting this on our car, but we have sold a few so maybe a customer can chime in. I think the hardest part is finding a tube for the recirc setup.
Thanks,
