My next batch of Ti, we are also having some TiAL flanges made Currently we are all out tubing and have a much larger order on the way!

The short route will work with stock air box, but i can't be sure if it will work with aftermarket air boxes

thank you michael..... i got a pm from some one that the short route could not work with the air box. can you pm me a price for a kit...... all of the piping(upper and lower) plus mini battery with black couplers. i am trying to go with a titanium and carbon look for the bay any pics with the stock box?

When you heat up titanium, it does that. I am guessing its heat treated piping. But just a hunch on my part...

The blueish hue such as the pipes posted above is from anodizing. The blue/purple/gold that you see on Ti muffler tips and as well as on the bead-rolled ends of ETS' kit is a by-product of tig welding titanium. It also comes from "heat-treating" which is basically going over the tip with a torch.

Very sexy!

That blue is from either

Yeah a color that uniform is most likely anodized electrically in the 40V range. I cant imagine that uniform color from heat though around the tighter bends it did seem more purple in the pic.

EDIT* leaning more towards electrical cuz the welding would have caused more color distortionso the pipe would have to be blasted (something to revmove the heat affected areas as seem on the silver pipe ends) and electrical would be easier and cheaper at that point.

We won't be selling the Ti again until March/April. We are waiting on some new tooling. Yes, all the cores we have sold in the last 4 months are new ETS CORE!
