So let me start by saying two thumbs up for Michael and Chris, and ETS as a whole. I ordered their CAI, UICP, LICP, and 3" IC all at once and it was easily the best purchasing experience I've had and by far the highest quality parts I've ever had the privilege of working with on any car. The fitment is unparalleled, everything goes exactly the way it was intended too with zero modification required. But this isn't the first time I've bragged on these dudes, the real reason I'm making this thread is what happened after I received my initial order.

So one of the brackets on the LICP had come from of the styrofoam packing material and jabbed a big hole in the front of the IC. I got ahold of Michael who directed me to Chris and we got the issue resolved really quick, no problems whatsoever. Well, when I ordered the IC originally, I had requested for it to be stenciled. When the original one that was damaged arrived, it was not stenciled. So I bugged Chris about multiple times and even told him to "use a sticky pad and make a note and stick it to your forehead so you don't forget." Look what was taped on the new intercooler I received in the mail:
