ETS New Shop Pics - Still More To Come!

Hey Guys,

Here are a couple more sneak shots, some are before we got completely moved in so don't judge me on the mess. I'm still missing shots of the new sign, office area. We have the whole building so stay tuned for more pictures. We will also be purchasing a new dyno with the link system for the Evo, GTX, Porsche, etc. The parking lot has parking on both sides, so most of the employee cars are on the other side.

New Building - Minus the new sign.

Stainless Steel Area

Sneak peak at the powder coater

Silicone Hoses

Tubing Rack and Saw

CNC Mandrel Bender

Aluminum Welding Area

Intercooler Core Rack

Huge 30" tall cores!

BMW 335i End Tanks In Production

Few Finished 335i Intercoolers

Lathe

Mill and Saw

Sander and Brake

Shear

Tube Saw

Another Brake

2nd Mandrel Bender - In The Works

HUGE Crazy Polisher! This machine is a monster, we may need to make an anchor to hold the person down using it just to be safe.

*** This is most of the new ETS shop, we have 3 other bays that are not shown, 1 will be the new dyno / car storage area, the next is going to be the maintenance shop and the first building is the office. The office is around 2000sqft, but it's not completely finished being setup.

Hope you guys enjoy this little tour. I will be posting up videos how each machine works once we get a little farther ahead.

Thanks!

Michael

Looking nice! Wish we had at least one place half as good as that in the Cayman Islands!

I will be doing that shortly. I'm a one man crew in the office. So i have to balance everything, but I do plan on doing a lot of videos on how all the machinery works and what goes into the building process.

The new shop is awesome, we actually had 6 guys move the whole shop in one weekend. The old shop was 40 miles away.

Wow, that is some intense work guys. I'm happy to see you guys expand. 40 Miles away and only 6 men on hand? You guys must have been working around the clock! Congrats on the new shop.
