Extreme Turbo Systems Introductory Special - Hardcore Products for EVO Enthusiasts!

Many of you are already familiar with the Extreme Turbo Systems product line as it was developed using my EVO and sold primarily through HorsepowerFreaks, but other retailers as well. You may recognize my name as having promoted ETS' products previously and it is no coincidence that I moved up the chain to the manufacturer. ETS has recently removed the middle man to ensure the best possible experience to our customers. We are now offering what we feel is the most complete, modular and highest quality product line available for the EVO, direct to the public. We design, develop, fabricate and produce every piece right here in Washington State, USA using the highest quality materials, craftsmanship and some of the best guys in the business. We're not a massive factory nor just a building with cubicles, but an extremely well-equipped custom fabrication facility here to build parts for enthusiasts just like ourselves. It only seemed natural that I join the kind of environment where the hobby is the passion and everything else is just details.

Come see us at www.extremeturbosystems.com or in our Vendor Section on EvoM for full details and pictures of our shop at https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/fo...play.php?f=208.

That said, here are the details of our complete EVO solution that can be assembled as little or as much at a time as suits your needs and budget.

We'll start with the now almost famous ETS 2.5" Lower Intercooler Piping Kit, now offered at an even lower direct to the public price! A full 2.5" for the entire length of the pipe, our lower intercooler piping kit is constructed with 100% mandrel bent piping to ensure the highest possible flow. The LICPs come in powdercoated gloss black or gloss silver and are also available in polished stainless steel. All kits include our ultra high quality ETS 4-ply silicone couplers and SS T-bolt clamps to ensure your pipes never blow off or leak. Perfect fitment is guaranteed and all of our products carry a lifetime warranty!

The stock lower intercooler pipe is horribly restrictive and necks down to 1 3/4" for nearly half its length. The ETS LICP kits fit both the Evo VIII and Evo IX and will give incredible spoolup, transient response and power gains. In my opinion the best bang for the buck modification that can be done to an EVO.

The ETS UICP kits are a great addition to the LICP as between both upper and lower piping kits, 22" of length is removed compared to the stock piping. Crazy fast spool up anyone? With full 2.5" mandrel bent piping for their entire length and super short route configuration, the UICPs cleanly elminate the stock multi-piece upper piping. Included as always are the ETS 4-ply silicone couplers and SS T-Bolt clamps needed for a bolt-on install. The kits are available with any BOV flange and with an optional recirculation kit, the ETS UICP will fit into any modification package. Due to the very short routing, a mini battery kit or battery relocation will be required.

The whole piping package is available at additional savings! The ETS Complete EVO Intercooler Piping Kit is designed to eliminate many of the unnecessary bends in the stock piping. It starts off by immediately expanding into 2.5" diameter right off of the turbo elbow. This replaces the tiny 1 3/4" factory pipe, instantly frees up 15hp and greatly improves spool up. From here it follows the core support and wraps around to mate up to the intercooler. Once the air passes through the intercooler, the piping takes a short direct path around the core support, over the transmission and straight up to the throttle body. This unique routing is 22" shorter than the stock routing which results in extremely quick and very noticeable spool up improvement. With an 11% increase in cross sectional area, flow is increased as well. Due to the short route configuration, this piping will require a small battery kit or battery relocation.

The ETS Mitsubishi Evolution Intercooler is the best on the market, bar none. It features bolt on installation and fills the whole grill with core for a killer look and maximum efficiency. The endtanks are a unique hand fabricated design for highest possible flow and perfect fitment. It uses a 25x11.5x3.5" bar and plate core that is rated at 1120cfm--750hp-80% efficiency. All of our intercoolers are pressure tested in excess of 35 psi to ensure that you can run huge boost without ever worrying about boost leaks. The ETS Intercooler also retains the factory crash bar and splash pans. With a power rating of 750hp it will not need to be upgraded as your power level increases. The kit includes the intercooler, mounting hardware, ETS 4-ply silicone couplers, and SS T-Bolt Clamps.

Lucas English, owner of English Racing, makes 401whp on the stock EVO VIII '03 9.8 turbo w/ the ETS Complete Intercooler Kit and Air Intake Kit - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=260347

When considering an upgrade from the stock airbox, the ETS Air Filter Kit is a very inexpensive way to greatly improve flow to the turbocharger. The kit comes complete with a genuine K+N 4.5" inlet filter, 4.5" velocity stack MAF adapter, MAF gasket and all hardware for a clean bolt-on installation.

Air Filter Kit - $89!

The ETS Air Intake Kit is a great modification for EVOs running the stock MAF. This kit eliminates the restrictive stock rubber intake pipe and filter, and replaces them with a high flowing 3" intake tube, contoured velocity stack with 4.5" filter inlet and genuine K+N air filter. By eliminating the rubber intake tube, we get rid of the restrictive 90 degree bend that causes turbulence right in front of the turbo inlet. With this bend gone and with a large radius 3" inlet, the air now has a smooth, direct path into the turbocharger. This not only increases peak power, but reduces spool up time as well. This kit works with stock and aftermarket intercooler piping, and will work with all aftermarket BOV's that fit the stock intake tube.

The ETS 3.5" Cat-Back Exhaust System is an effort for all out performance on the EVO. The 3.5” mandrel bent stainless steel piping and Aero-Turbine muffler make for a performance and appearance combination that can't be beat. This system starts at the cat and tucks closely in to the driveshaft tunnel allowing near factory ground clearance. The piping expands to a full 4" before meeting the 4" muffler inlet and exits via a 4" tip at a 15 degree angle. This setup offers both race-inspired looks and ultra high performance capacity. The exhaust uses factory rubber hangers and includes the hardware necessary for an easy, bolt on installation.

3.5" Cat-Back Exhaust System - $699!

The downpipe-back version of the ETS 3.5" Exhaust is for serious race vehicles. This exhaust totally replaces the cat and bolts right up to your stock or aftermarket 2-bolt downpipe. This takes full advantage of the 3.5” diameter piping and gets the transition to 3.5” even closer to the turbo for maximum horsepower capacity.

While there are many sufficient turbo kits out there, we believe that sufficient is not good enough. Our kits have no hidden costs and include literally everything with nothing else to buy or hardware store trips to make, ever. Not only that, the materials, craftsmanship and parts list is second to none. The most complete turbo kit solutions on the market are the ETS T461 and ETS T467 kits. The turbochargers in these kits use ball bearing center cartridges with Precision S compressor covers and T4 exhaust sides with V-Band exhaust outlet.

The ETS T4 PT61 kit on my EVO made the stock block boost only record of 598whp with stock internals, stock intake manifold and stock throttle body and still makes 411whp on just 20psi on straight pump gas, no methanol. Another ETS T461 car has made 669whp on the stock internals with the stock intake manifold and throttle body with nitrous. Our slightly larger ETS T467 version has made 712whp on an EVO with a built 2.0L with boost alone and C16 fuel. See details posted by the owners/builders in these threads:

ETS T461 makes 669whp (stock block record) - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=260213

In addition to these incredible power numbers our kit includes a several items and upgrades that the others just don't, or charge extra for. In addition to the turbocharger, manifold, oil and coolant lines, 4-ply ETS silicone couplers and SS T-bolt clamps and all hardware for a complete bolt-on installation we include the 4" intake system w/ genuine K+N filter, 3.5" downpipe that perfectly clears the AC, 2.5" lower intercooler piping, and Tial 44mm wastegate w/ V-band connections. Where others skimp on quality, we splurge. Equal length SS 1 3/4" runners are utilized on the turbo manifold. The tubular exhaust manifold's collector directs exhaust gasses at the exhaust turbine at the same angle as the inlet for a quick and responsive spool. This is a significant upgrade over a cast manifold which wastes energy as exhaust gasses have to "find" their way to the turbine inlet. In short, we've done everything possible to ensure that our turbo kit blows away your expectations of performance, quality and value.

We will have a 50 trim kit available very shortly that uses a very similar manifold to the one included with our T461 Ball-Bearing and T467 Ball-Bearing turbo kits. It will spool quite a bit more quickly, be capable of 500whp+ and be slightly less expensive.

Thank you sir! We'll have it shipped today :) Knock $10 off the price I quoted you on the intake if it's paid before 1PM PST today because we'll put it in the same box.

We do, but they are slightly more expensive because they are purchased from Vibrant instead of being manufactured for us.

Might be a dumb question, but does the IC work with the factory piping?

Not a dumb question :) Yes it fits perfectly with the stock intercooler piping. We recommend upgrading the lower piping at the same time due to the restriction the stock piping creates, however, it is definitely not necessary.
