Called some dealers around here, and they keep telling me any day now, but they seem sort of clueless to me. Any one in NORTH to CENTRAL JERSEY, with an MR on the way, and know of a good dealer. 2 of the dealers told me they have deposits down, just wondering if thats anyone on this forum, maybe they can tell me if they are going to get it for msrp.
Thanks
welcome and buy the evo.
look how many sti are out there!

Hey...still been making phone calls trying to get some info...I really want the Evo MR, just hoping to get it for the right price, I had to go thru all this nonsense when I got my s2000 also, calling dealers, and waiting lists, and multiple deposits.
I guess it wouldn't be fun, if things were simple....hahaha

What is the "right" price? We sell them at MSRP, so do a few of the other dealers that aren't into making their customers insanely upside down. Let me know if I can help.

Seems to have been a bell curve with your posting. Useless information about how we were dumb not to expect markup, first low. Then you had a bunch of MR's on order you wanted deposits on, so you were providing good info, the high. Now it seems you have no more to sell and have gone back to pompous posts with no information, the second low. So do you have an MR on your lot? What is the invoice?

Hmm... *quickly glances at the above post*...

Let me start off by saying, the conversation I was having with Turbo45 has pretty much NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. You don't know how many PM's I've exchanged with this guy, let alone what was said.

I dont' even know why I'm justifying myself here, but to calm your nerves, here goes. There are really only few things I have to state before you should be able to catch on and find out exactly where this is going.

Turbo45 is in Florida. Turbo45 has to get the OK from his parents. Turbo45 wants the MR for invoice.

Moving along, how dare you start pointing your finger at me and accusing me of the above statements. ONE: I have never stated expect a mark-up. TWO: I have never called potential customers "dumb". LOL, that's a funny one.

To take care of the last couple/few sentences of your post, Cannonballer...

The Southern California demand for the 2005 Evolution has gotten so high that I've actually had to branch out to other dealerships for assistance.

Santa Monica Mitsubishi is currently sold out, but if you live in Southern California, don't let that stop you from getting in contact with me.

I'm temporarily under pay-roll of 3 other Mitsubishi dealerships in Southern California to get you guys the car you want at the price you desire.

Cannonballer, YOU'RE FIRED.

Gee boss how will I pay for my kid's operation now that I don't get paid the big zero you pay me. I asked if you had them on the lot. Your reply seemed to indicate you did, Turbo attempted to clarify you laughed. I have a deposit at your dealership for an MR, can you guess who I am? Let me give you a hint, the one that will tell you to $&%# yourself when you call saying you have it.
