Yes I played dealers off against each other and gotten INVOICE + destination - no dealer fee. On a new explorer - saw em take it off the truck still in plastic wrap.

but that depends on demand for the vehicle as well.

 

If that trick works on a IX of your choosing before the year's out then I'll buy you a pint (or two)

Seriously though, I'm hoping to get under MSRP for a IX MR pretty soon after launch, but I have my doubts.......we'll see.

I didn't go all out because new model = high demand
- but I have MSRP less $500, less dealer fee, + tax & tag. in writing.

I can call a few other dealers and start the bidding, but it's good enough.

May have the hookup on a 9 for invoice + destination + maybe a few extra bills. Will know more once pricing info is released. May be able to get a couple of people in on this too. The catch: You have to go to the midwest to pick it up. Will keep you guys posted as i find out more.
