I haven't heard anything about delays... the SE's will be produced in July and August. We're slated to get our first shipment the end of August or beginning of September.

Do you think I might be able to nudge that price down a little if I put a 30k downpayment?
Generally paying cash for a car now a days, is actually worse for a dealer.
If you find the right dealer, you may be able to talk them down a couple hundred bucks, but I suspect that's it.
Gotta remember, after these SE's are gone, NO Evolutions till the X comes out in late '07 or early '08.

Sounds like buying an IX MR and getting a paint job almost seems cheaper then going for a IX SE MR.

If you cant trust the service dept. at the dealer dont expect to trust the sales dept as a reliable source of information either!
