It looks good, huge improvement in the interior! The only things I don't like is the rear and all the extra weight! 3,500 pouds FTL.

 

Yeah, because it's fact that it'll be 3500lbs.

Noone knows what the weight will be. The leaked videos showed an X that was stripped down; it didn't even have a radio! 3500lbs was speculated by a magazine that knows as little hard fact about Evo X as we do. THey looked at the wight difference between the old Lancer and the Evo IX and applied that to the new Lancer. But they didn't take into account that Mitsu doesn't have to add metal to strengthen the frame and is using more aluminum parts than in the past. Let's just wait before crowing 3500 like it's a fact. :P

I can say the Evo X will have 1000hp and that would be just as bas those speculations in those articles, just because they are established magazine writers don't mean ****

 

sorry but to me seat is ugly. Also its improvement but still ugly. What is up with that clock in the middle(hint G35) G35 clock looks good with their interior but that thing does not match X interior!
Everything is built in the dashboard(cd player, fog control, ac control etc). Makes clean look. Btw that steering wheel looks like one nissan makes.

 

What clock? There is not clock on the Evo X's dash.

Are you talking about the Prototype X's lap timer and seats? That interior is NOT the Evo X's interior.

 

Its nice i think its going to be one of those cars that really grows on you. once you see it in person. I just hope the weight isnt through the roof.

 

I'm happy with the new look, I liked the old one, but I also like the new one, and I'm glad it's beings changed to keep things fresh.

 

yeah, i think they both look nice. the new one is sophisticated, more modern looking. the ix is more aggressive, mean looking.

 

I'm sorry but those seats are hideous! Those have got to be some of the ugliest seats I have ever seen in my life.

Ok, I asked because it seems like a lot of people can't tell the difference between the Prototype X and the Evo X.

I can see where someone might like the old seats; they have a two-tone look and simulated leather around the sides. But I think I like the seats in the X better. They look just as supportive, if not moreso around the thighs, and I like the all-black look. I like two-tone seats if more color is used (black/blue, black/red) but black/gray doens't really do it for me.

 

^^ Has anyone else noticed that the interior shots of the X has an EB exterior?? The only other colros seen before were red, black, and GG. I think thats a possible confirmation that the EB will indeed be a color offered.

How about the performance? to me the X seats LOOKS better and are more supportive especially at the thighs.
