I love the way that the interior looks, The guages being all digital makes it have a very futureistic look but that also makes them slightly less acurate than normal ones

It looks very Volvo like to me. Hell, it looks like a smooth car that would take sales away from the Subaru Legacy GT. Regardless, I like it a lot.

Just for reference
VW's common rail 2.0 clean diesel turbo will be putting out about 140hp and 225+trq.
And will be in the 40 mpg range.

Those are the exact cars I was thinking of. I think it looks just as nice as any of its competitors.

I would hope they would at least throw a turbo on that diesel, or the acceleration would make the competition that much more enticing, regardless of fuel efficiency.

So the new 2.2l Mitsubishi engine sounds a whole lot better than the 2.0 VW unit as the Mitsu engine produces about 187HP and 295ft.tq

It sounds like a great engine.. with a chip you could be well over 200hp and 300trq. and still be getting gas mileage in the 30's

Diamante for sure, the galant isn't an entry level luxury car like this looks like it will try to be... Too bad I'd never spend more than 30k on a car from Mitsu, it'll fall apart a few weeks later! Warranty denied, you've been racing your ZT haven't you?
