Ralli////Art is Mitsubishi's inhouse performance arm, just like Nismo is Nissan's, TRD is Toyota's, and so on. This X is suppose to showcase some of the Ralli///Art accessories available for it. I think that you can get it in this spec in Japan, but i'm not really 100% sure on that so don't quote me on it

It's just an Evo X with the entire Ralliart Accessory Catolog thrown at it. They're just showcasing the optional parts like the CF trim on the grill and the exhaust heat shields, etc.. That's all.
