Wow 13.9 is a slow 1/4 mile time. I figured the suspension changes wouldn't make too much of a difference as really the equivalent of lipstick on a pig.

Those C/D numbers are estimates based on 2008 MR performance. 2010's got a new tune and a big performance gain, 0-60 4.6 and Q-mile low 13's @ Road and Track

The tune was changed for both in 2010, and the MR,s TCU too. I 've never seen a stock GSR test as fast as what road and track got from the MR. The fastest GSR I remember was 4.7 0-60 and about 13.5 in the Q-mile. I think the difference is the tc-sst quicker shifting. Of course if you seriously mod the GSR this all goes out the window. Actually, Car & Driver tested the X GSR against the STI and something else (probably the VW R32), and it was the quickest out of the three, with its 4.6 second 0-60 and 13.3 quarter mile time.
