Trouble getting consistent A/F ratios

I'm having issues getting consistent A/F ratios. I have a wideband installed in my car and log my A/F ratios with my laptop. My issue is that when I tune my car to 11:1 doing a 3rd gear pull from 2000 RPM to redline, I don't get that same 11:1 ratio when I run through the gears. The first plot shows my A/F ratios during a 3rd gear pull. The second plot shows my A/F ratios after shifting from 2nd to 3rd. My A/F ratios after shifting into 4th gear are similar to those in the second graph. Any ideas on why my car is running so much more rich while running through the gears than it is during the 3rd gear pull? My SAFC settings are:

3500 +3
4000 +2
4500 +5
5000 +0
5500 -2
6000 -8
6500 -7
7000 -13

What do you log it using? You have something with the Wideband I assume?

That probably has somthing to do with the load accelerator kicking in when you are shifting on the stock ecu on the upgraded fuel pump. I don't know if a ECU flash would help this or not but you would need to log several things to determine that is what the issue is. You probably won't be able to perfect that with the SAFC which is one down fall. DynoFlash would be able to answer the question to see if he could clean it up on a custom reflash unless you plan to move to a standalone or a piggy back that controls the accel fueling if that is the issue. Also when you shift the stock ecu dumps fuel due to the recirc / MAF setup, this causes richness between shifts as well.

I did move them around. These seemed to be the best for getting a smooth curve.

Do just a second gear pull and just a fourth gear pull with no shifting and see if they are closer.
