should I get AFC II?

These are the mods that I will have on the car.
TBE
HKS cam gears and cam shafts
fuel pump
boos contoller

Im not sure if I should get the AFC with these mods. Where I live there are no flashes or anything like for the Evo. If I can save money for now and get the AFC to run with the mods then all good. I plan on upgrading to a standalone when I do upgrade the turbo but for now I was wondering if the AFC will do. I should be able to extract more power from the AFC right? BTW I wll have the AFC tuned by a shop. I just want them to tune it for my mods and I wont touch it unless I have to. I drive my car daily so I hope it wont make my car drive like crap around town. Do I need injectors with the AFC?

Your car runs rich from the factory. It will run even more rich with the bigger fuel pump, so you need something. An SAFC would make a big difference on your car vs. no engine management changes at all, so it's much better than nothing. Something that allows changes to timing and fuel both would be better if you had a shop that knows how to tune it -- something like a UTEC. As far as no flashes where you live, you can't send your ECU from Taipei to the USA to be reflashed by one of the reflashers here? They can do it long distance.

I bought some stuff from taiwan and it took 1 week to arrive. So I assume It will probably take a 2 week turnaround time to get your ecu back, but this could be a good option if you have a second car to drive until you get it back.

As much as I like flash I dont know if I can get good results with mail in flash. So you recommend safc and flash? Lets say I just get the safc and have it tuned by a pro will my car run smooth and pick up some more hp as well?
