You must spool pretty freakin quick. Remember that the turboxs logging rate isn't that quick.

Yeah I do see my car skipping load sites quickly when it spools.. It actually stopped doing that when I went to the blowthrough setup because the airflow reflected the actual demand of the engine and not the air passing into it before the compressor and intercooler. Plus you have the BOV which may be partially open at times until adequate boost is there to keep it closed completely..

Easiest solution is to use the MAP sensor, but in my case It turned out to have a similar end result.

doubt it, it's probably just building boost quicker than the logger can log it.

My guess is its the scale you have set for the MAP for load reference setting.. You have to set it above what the maximum boost you are going to hit..

I am still using MAF for load reference since I went to the blowthrough setup, so I haven't played with that setting recently.. I don't remember if the pressure value is in psiG or psiA.. Also, its something that has to be enabled to use MAP for load reference (I'm assuming it is enabled..)

My loads skip also. I thought is was the data baud rate being slower than the boost climbs.
You brought up a good point I hadn't thought of.
I have my MAP 100% load set at the default of 20psi, but I've been trying to get my boost above 20 without much sucess. Maybe I need to raise the upper limit to like 22 or 23. Any body else had this?

iono about that, it would shorten the amount of cells you could tune. I'd say 25psi = 100 percent if you plan to use race gas. Or 22psi = 100 load site on pump. That way you have more cells to tune horizontally.
