Clark from Kingpin Performance will be at Dyno4mance late May/early June. He's well known for extracting a ton of power from WRX UTECs and ECUtek flashes. If there are any locals interested, he has tuned several Evo UTECs as well. I'd like to see some other EvoM guys there, as this was a great event last year.
