I was driving to a gas station down the street this morning on my way to work when I came across a weird issue.....

I started up the old blue bullet and waited, like I always do, for the countdown on my tuner pro to hit zero before I started off. Backed out the driveway, and headed down the street and out the neighbor hood. I got on the main road and noticed that the tuner is reading like 10.2 at a very slow cruise. I gave the car some go pedal and hit boost where I got back into open loop, and everything was fine..... in open loop. Kept on cruising and was still hitting 10.1~10.3. Weird I thought.....

Pulled into the gas station, and started fueling up (at 2.80 a gallon for 93, but thats another story!!!!), and checked under the hood for loose connections, or pooling up of gas around the injectors, and such. Found absolutly no issues. Got back in after paying for fuel, and let the utec initialize before cranking up. Started up and headed off for work, and the cruising afr was right back at 14.7~14.9.

Any thoughts as to why the cruise afr was so damn low? The car was acting like it had some kinda anti surge system on it. Anyways, I could only attribute the issue to maybe not letting the utec initialize, but the OL fueling worked, so I am at a lose for thoughts on this one.
