Looking for a good tuner

I had my car for some time and went to a local tuner that I heard good things about, mind you that it was early in tunning evos, picked some products and had the car tuned. Of coarse the parts work but the service desen't. Im now having issues with the engine light coming on and the boost is too high. Called them about the engine light and left a message, and e-mailed the owner. Nothing, got back nothing. Had an issue about the boost being at 24 psi on 91oct, I was told it was okay. Well the engine light came on when it was a hot and I was wot to enter a free way (880"clue"), not racing. Now Im wondering if this tuner is true to their customers or just it for the money because they are the only one out here in SF bay area"clue".
Im not hating on them because their products are good, the tuning is good and the knowledge. What I am saying is that I wish that there was some else to choose from with a bit more customer service freindly. Someone that will sale you the stuff and help you with the problems, since its there stuff you baught.

Well the boost was set by the tuner and is controled by the ECU. I would like to turn it down but, that would mean having to go back there and have it done. I wanted the car to be tuned once the right way and thats it. Im looking at XS Enginerring for a possible tuner.Little bit of a 6 hr drive.

What reflash setup are you using? The problems to me sound like the Techtom software we dumped, as there was some issues with boost control there. Either way, please give me a call or shoot me an e-mail, I think I can help.

Thanks,

Gary

Thumbs up

Has anyone heard anyone complain Dynoflash?

There's tons of Evo's who got there ECU's flashed by them but I never heard one person complain about their tuning.

If you live too far, mail it in, its only $250 dollars.
