I bought my car used..was still stock no mods at all..but under the hood lies a white dealer sticker on firewall has a part#..rom id#...and some other information and a date of 9/24/04 even though it is an 03..my buddy called it in he works from dealer but honda instead of mitsubishi..they say it was an ecu issue..flashed..doesnt say why..i attached a boost guage to my car...it was registering around 14psi...i was like dam im being robbed lol...Can I still get this ecu reflashed...

 

Yes you can get the ecu flashed and - if you send it in I can tell you IF its been flashed and what kind of flash is in there for free
