EVO MAFT (std version) available soon

For you DSM guys out MAFT is one of the most popular upgrades out there. Many customers have used the MAFT to convert to a bigger high flowing GM MAF sensor. The EVO version of the MAFT will be available in the next week or so for you guys not wanting to go full speed density but still want a sensor upgrade

This would make a ton of the UTEC guys happy. Much easier than getting MAFTpro to work with UTEC.

Would this mean we would be able to just have the upgrade and not have to worry about all the extra features? Also could we get the standard for speed density without all those extra features?

If calibrated like the stock MAF it should be plug and play Most likely thats how it will come from them.

Is there a version that I can get that uses the Ford analog MAF? not the GM one?

there is no analog input version of the regular MAFT, but if you can find the MAF element from a 3800 Supercharged Grand Prix or Regal it will plug right in. You will have some calibration work to do, but you are familiar with that.

The 3800SC element is physically similar to the Furd, but not an exacty fit.

I've told a few people locally to me about this they seem to be pretty excited. I might have another utec user that might convert to a full version maftpro.

Any input on why if would work better than speed density for us Utec users?

speed density is better this is cheaper and still an improvment in the MAF area

These units are in stock NOW

Opening up the intake options with the Pro in speed density mode is the way to go. MAP based tuning is what will give you the biggest WHP and most linear tune aside from opening up the door for whatever custom CAI you want. Tuning with the stock MAF will give you one gear of spot on tune. Tuning with MAFTPro will give you spot on a/f tuning in all gears

I plan on making a video of the system in action from an in car camera in the next few days. I plan to show the MAFTPro features being used the way we have envisioned them. Thanks to Bob, he has implemented our advised improvements and this next firmware upgrade should be the best yet!

Then YES, timing control introduced within the next 30-60 days which should be a free firmware upgrade. So go get yourself a unit, have it tuned and by the time you get aquainted with all the features, timing control will be added

Units can be purchased by CLICKING HERE! (You may have to register)

We are recommending two configurations at the bottom of the page off our website. If someone is interested in another configuration, we can also set you up. Just PM us.

#1- Speed Density Conversion without Electronic Boost Control and boost solenoid.

#2- Speed Density Conversion FULLY FEATURED with boost control.

We are running the fully featured version and have a SAFC and Hallman ProRx Evolution for sale to recoup more than half the cost of the unit! It is a smoking deal when compared to AEM and considering the resale of your fuel and boost tuning equipment currently in the car.

I really can't wait till I get my hands on the boost controller, but money is short. House buying comes first. I can't wait to hear how well the timing control works.

Right now I have to retune the car since the utec did most of the work and that has just been sold, I have the mainscale set to -26 and once again back to the low and mid throttle settings.

We will get your boost control option added when you get down here over the Christmas holiday. I'm sure there will be some software revisions by then also. I think the latest beta test irons out any driveability quirks I have had. This progress is exciting.

For those wanting the PRO unit with NO MAF needed and boost control, we are stocking them and are ready to ship the last few of our most recent batch.
