Can a launch control function be implemented within the powerFC?

or any separate modules need to be fixed on?

No launch control. I dont think Apexi makes anything for that application.

Is there any other devices that can be compatible to enable a launch control function separately from the PwrFC?

Power FC pro has launch control. Unfortunately it has been discontinued. I have one for my R32 Skyline GTR.
