Scanmaster 3 and ECU+

Has anyone used Scan-master 3i in conjunction with ECU +, are there any compatibility issues?

The ECU+ includes a full OBD-II scan tool, so you wouldn't tend to use it and the Scanmaster together. But if you want to, you can pop a jumper inside the ECU+ to disconnect it from the OBD-II lines, thus allowing the Scanmaster to work. OBD-II only allows one "master" on the bus, and the ECU+ is it by default.
