Puzzled...
I have a real puzzler on my hands...
After changing to an EL manifold and GT3071R the engine stumbles between 1700 and 2000RPM. Engine management is controlled by an Electromotive TEC-II and I am running speed density.
Changing timing +/-4* does not change or move the stumble, neither does changing the mixture (VE) in those cells. It is occurring between 1700-2000rpm with a MAP of ~90-105kPa. Once the engine hits 2000rpm its fine. Oddly, to me, 1st gear seems least affected. You can drive through it with a VERY light foot, but even driving normally creates a lot of "bucking".
Along with changing the timing and fuel I have also moved the RPM axis from where it was, 1750RPM to 2000 and down to 1500 with no affect on the condition and tried open loop to rule out the O2 sensor.
Any and all thoughts greatly appreciated.
