I have an 05 GSR, with catback cat delete and VTA Blow off valve. I'm curious as to what you folks here recommend as a first tune? Mail in Flash or custom dyno tune at the shop? What kind of power gains can I expect from one? Prices? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

 

So you have a turboback and a VTA BOV?

I'd suggest getting a MBC, Forge BOV(recirculating) and a TurboTrix mail-in flash.

 

Oh I forgot to mention that I have the HKS EIDS Type K running the VTA. It runs like just as it does stock with the HKS EIDS. It worked better than I thought it would. Does it make a difference in performance if I recirculate it. I mean, I have no problems with it now.
