30-60 days. Nothing anyone can do to speed it up unless someone wants to buy 100,000.

I can wait 30-60 days. If it can be out before the end of May, I'll be happy.

Its a wiring loom that you connect directly to the ECU sockets and then you connect to it the original ECU wiring plugs. Sort of a 2 inch extension to the ECU wiring. and after you install this you can connect different piggyback devices (Turbo timer, boost controller, Piggyback ECU. etc...) without splicing cutting or modifying the original factory wiring. So if the S**T hits the fan, you can quickly disconnect the external boost controller that blew out your engine and take the car back to the dealer for warranty repair as an unmodified stock car.

Sometimes, stuff like this makes me reconsider my own opinions on why Mitsu is so stringent on warranty repairs.

Well..... Almost every online shop has a harness for the VIII, its only a matter of time until they do one for the IX. 2 months ago you couldn't get a downpipe for the IX and look what is available now.

Here is a link to the harness for the VIII from lancer shop

The skunk2 and fields harness is dog poop compared to the boomslang. If you are a competant installer of electronics, you would bow down to the boomslang .

We have boomslang harnesses for:
1. ECU patch
2. SAFC PNP
3. Zeitronix wideband PNP
4. GReddy Emanage PNP
5. MAF Translator PRO PNP

We can also combine some of these if someone has say the zeitronix + MAFTPro.

haahhaha lol ....bummer dude :P well .....um......i guess you could file a complaint to mitsu...heeheh naaaaa...... i had one :P for my 03 evo though, that sucks that they dont make something that would work for you right now? give em a call..... :P or achually you could call maybe vividracing for one, jsc performance, hop up racing, or my fav ...lancer shop......they would give you some idea, but i would NOT recommend building one, too much money into your evo to risk frying your ecu, give it some time they will make one, but i know how you feel i had to wait 1 year and 8 months to get my freaking carbon fiber ducts for my front clip....YEA ........anyways good luck...lataaaaa
