Yeah keep us posted. I'll keep an eye on mine also, I'm running the GM 3.5 in beta for Tom. I just got the car back together so haven't put many miles on it.

If anything make sure Tom knows that it hasn't come back. Might help him narrow down the problem some.

Setup looks good, nice that Dejon has a premade blow through setup.

ive been keeping him updated...my code was been thrown at idle ...but no more now

Interesting I would think the MAF has nothing to do with a misfire code. What's Toms take on this?

I have been playing with the draw-thru setup. Guess I'll have to cut my shiney Upper pipe and try the blow-thru.
It's still mind-boggling that it fixed your misfire trigger.

 

Has part throttle driving also improved?

HMMM started seeing a little inconsistency in my AFR today..........i tuned my car to 11.6 on 3rd gear....and now when i run through the gears "2 thru 5gear" im seeing it sometimes run 10.8 and sometimes 11.6 ....the car runs evreytime 11.6 when i run one gear but when i do runs involving me to change gears i see it sometimes run a little rich........not sure what it is .....any thoughts?

 

could it be heat???....or the MAF....

 

Each gear put different loads on the engine.
You will likely see the most difference between 2nd and 4th gear.

 

Each gear will have different AFRs because of the load. You will also see changes in AFR when rowing through the gears because of hitting different load maps in the ecu then if you just did a pull from 2k to redline in one gear.

 

well even when im going from 2nd to 3rd it will sometimes run right at 11.6 or sometimes 10.8 through the rpm range............
