It was a post that would benefit the community, but captain cyberland didn't think so!! It was about a tune between Al and SHIV I was going to sacrafice my car to do!!

He locked it because you could possibly start yet another war. Check with people, ESPECIALLY companies & tuners, BEFORE you post a so & so vs. so & so thread. It's just common sense and a level of respect that has to be maintained!

 

hmmmm no. nothing is wrong with me but i will not let another thread go to the crapper. Al already said that he will not take part in anything like that and Dave was very clear on how he feels. i understand why you want this to happen and all i said was: "make it happen and than you can post about it". a thread like the one i just closed has happened about 150 times before....

 

I think the want to do it, but I flamed out the other thread!!! It was FINE and "Clean" until I started talking smack to shiv. I think we would like to see this, and have it done, and bury the hatchet to FURTHER progress this site. Blonde, you are looking in, I know it, say something!

 

If that is the case, that Al wont do it, that just makes one wonder: WHY NOT?? What is there to be ashamed of? I think they are both great tuners, and what GREAT tuner wouldn't want to show his "work"? for all to see and in a objective fashion? I would say the same if Shiv would never get around to showing his stuff!!

If you were to get the tuners you wanted to compete to send into the mods a PM or an E-mail stating that they would like to go head to head against each other...then I'm sure a thread would be valid as long as no trash talking started. Knowing the stance of certain tuners, and the time & money that it would take to perform such an event, it's just simply not going to happen.

Just let it go...the so & so vs. so & so issue has been beaten to DEATH on these boards for the last 2 1/2 years

IF you can get Al or Dave to agree to this, i will not only open the thread but i will also sticky it for you as for the other thread i locked, you had nothing to do with it i closed it because of the fan boys flaming and the immature comments that will lead to NOWHERE.

 

Dragon, I havent followed them "battles" for that long, but geeeeze, I dont want this site to be polluted by 2 1/2 MORE years of chest thumping!! I think we get it over with, and "clear the water" on this issue. Again, BOTH ARE GREAT TUNERS, so why all the beeatching?
