Aem or Flash for me?

im trying to decide which one is better for my needs and mods, aem or custom dynoflash? if i got the aem i would have it tuned by david buschur in ohio, which is where my car is at, and then send the car back to Nm. i live in a high elevation area (6500ft) so i would need to send david the logs so he can make adjustments for the elevation. my concen with the aem is how well it adjusts to elevation and weather changes compared to the stock ecu? the temp can go from 0 or negative in winter to 100 degrees in the summer also i do travel lower elevation places like phoenix and las vegas.

my mods are: Br 2.3, br head, br ported intake mani, br throttle body, br stage 4, comp 280s, hks dli2, br alky, br 3065r running pump and alky only.

the other thing is if i got the aem i would think about getting more aggressive cams like revolvers. for my needs, is a flash enough? if the aem is better, y?

stock ecu is better for drivability, aem is better for power. The advantages of the aem are very significant........... I.e. anti-lag (be able to launch off the line at full boost) and many many more..... But it all depends on what your needs are, you need to do some research...........

Look at it this way........... What does Al from dynoflash use on his personal car? AEM, David buschur? AEM , John Shepard in his 8.1 second talon? AEM

It's all personal preference, the aem takes longer to start the car, and may have more issues while driving it in normal conditions (not full throttle)........

my concern is if the aem is worth it for my situation. im not going to run race gas, only pump and alky. for the most part, Al's flash makes about the same power as aem cars until you get into race gas and 550+whp. i should be right around there on pump and alky so im wondering is its worth getting the aem still?

ive read the most people dont use ani-lag and just use the 2 step, but since im at high elevation, would anti-lag be a big upgrade? also, which one reacts to changes in elevation and weather better, aem or flashed ecu? ive read numerous threads and have basic info but i want to know what would be best in my situation from people that actually have experience with either or both.

i doubt al can make the same power as a well tuned aem ems........ Anti-Lag is a definate help getting off the line, especially at your elevation. The AEM using a map based load does not need corrections for changes in elevation, between the MAP & IAT sensor, the car knows density, No adjustments needed, i belive david may be confused on this issue.
