Datalogit read all error 84 & 88

i'm quite often getting these errors when trying to read a map, then it seems to sort itself out and work ok.

any ideas?

usb or serial cable ? what os ?

i had this problem, try a laptop or puter with a true serial port.
when i moved to a true serial connection it worked fine and was %100 relibable.

ok, cheers. need a new laptop then! no serial on mine.
