It looks like me wideband o2 sensor is shot. I called turbo xs and they said that these things have very limited lifespans. Mine is about 18 months old and they said that is about as much as I can expect to get out of it. I think that the meth may have contributed to it's demise. FYI I trid to get this from VW but while it is a VW part, it is not used on any cars in the US. So it is not available at any dealerships.
