please help me tune my safc2

Hi if anyone can please help me it would be really great i just bought an SAFC2 and need help tunning it.
My MOD are:HKS intake,HKS carbon ti exhaust,HKS upper intercooler pipe with ssqv bov, huge intercooler from ebay W/ AMS lower intercooler pipe, perrin down pipe ,test pipe, walbo fuel pump,785cc injectors,Apexi boost gauge, and Apexi turbo timer,

the A/F is reading 4.99 on the apexi turbo times rich right?

And i'm also going to instale AEM c2di,lancershop 10.5cm bigger hotside, and 272ex and 264in also please recomd what cams should i put instead.

but right now my car is running like ****.I keep stalling and staling but i think i found out why "cause of the bov".
But for now were should i put my HI lOW thrdl/right now my HI is at -10 and low 0
what are the NE1 and NE2 on the Dec-Air section of the SAFC2? Right now i put them on thr 0% Ne1 0% and NE2 0%what should i put on the hot-wire in out, flap in out and pressure in out or do i even need to miss with does?

also like right now i don't have the cams instale and i'm running with the 785cc injectors and walbo fuel pump will this **** up my car?and if i take the injectors out and put the stock one back but not the fuel pump will this be o.k?

and on the warning set section whats the Karw:#Hz right now off
and initialize YES or NO right no always on NO

Thank you for your time

4.99? Thats beyond the point where it will burn. I'm pretty sure 6.0 is the lowest afr to even have it burn. Somethings wrong and it sounds like your in over your head. Have it tuned professionally.

The Dec. air has nothing to do with our cars. Please read up on some things insted of just guessing on settings and functions.

You definitely need a logger. www.pocketlogger.com

You might also reconsider you injector choice as it might be too big for your current setup.

If you are running injectors that big with the afc, you need to run an adjustable fuel pressure regulator...AMS has an excellent kit with everything you need to install on stock fuel rail. You will then need to adjust your base fuel pressure...do a search for on base fuel pressure as I don't have the time to explain that ordeal...Other wise downgrade to 660cc injectors and tune it like this for pump

7600>-25%
7000>-24%
6400>-23%
5800>-22%
5200>-21%
4600>-19%
4000>-17%
3400>-15%
2800>-12%
2200>-11%
1600>-9%
1000>-7%

This seems to yield about an 11.4-11.6 afr at WOT once the car is at full boost...My mods are 3 in BR Turbo back, 660cc inj, AFC2, HKS 272/272 cams, walbro 255, FP wga, and forge boost controler set to 20psi on 93 octane...good luck. Your injectors are about 30% bigger than stock so...make sure your wideband is working properly and have fun..BTW the car would not run if it were at 4.99 afrs lol...So I would get a new wideband before you tune too much...Take about 5 % all the way down the column I gave you and go from there and that will safely yield a little more power.

Cool safc

Whats up!

785cc are too big to tune with an SAFC.I suggest a Reflash and fine tune with the SAFC.You can also downgrade to 680's and stick with the AFC/Logger combo.

Good Luck!

Its not going to be as accurate as it should. But sometimes it has worked. I had a friend do it before.
