Question Car problem....

Hope someone can help me out... In first gear the car Hesitates, then goes... It seems like it wants to go but doesn't... then all of a sudden it goes.... I'm thinkin spark plug wires... since thats the only thing i have not changed... Supporting MODS are: AMS 50 trim Turbo kit, 780cc injectors, HKS DLI2, GSC 272's, NGK BR8ES, Alky and Dynoflashed.... Car ran fine until about a couple of weeks ago... still got stock wires on... got about 44,000 miles on... The wires are a must... But anyone got any ideas....????

Start checking everything mechanical first. Spark plugs, wires, boost leaks, loose wires, etc.

When my car is cold my clutch is so damn sloppy, first 2 gears, its like they dont ingage or something but after a minute of driving everything is fine. On hot days i dont have this problem.

Then again your car is far more modded then mine.

i have a question ,,,,i just bought the car and i think the belts for the pump and all are too tight or too loose bc it makes alot of noise by the water pump. sometimes it revs up to 2 rpm and then back down to 1 rpm. i dont have much clue on it can any one help????
plus i put a non fowler on my o2 sensor is it suppose to stop check engine light soon??

when the car is cold and the 02 sensor isn't up to temp, it operates in open loop. With 780's, unless dynoflash rescaled for the larger injectors, you may be running just too rich.

Or, it's MAF/intake related. I just put a 50 trim on also, with 780's and still using the stock MAF. I'm having transient issues at low rpms, and mine seem to be related to higher than normal MAF readings when they shouldn't be that high. Mine happens after it's warm, not when it's cold, just trying to point out that intakes do cause issues with stock MAF's, and it could be a source for your problem.

I'm having a problem with acceleration, I press the accelerator and it hesitates, and then it takes off. It feels like the clutch’s is slipping. I have about 2 inches of play from when the clutch engages to where it is completely is released. Is it in need of adjustment or is it a new clutch problem?

if you press the accelerator - and the rpm's go up and then your car starts to move a second or to later your clutch is slipping and you need to go get a new one - i've seen stock evo clutchs go out mat 20K and less at my shop!

also if you put a non-fouler on the rear o2 and the check engine light is still on - did you put both (2) foulers in the pack in it?? or just 1?

hmm

if it only does it when its cold, then let it idle until its built up some temp, its good for the engine
