Management - Logging in Win XP on a carpc?

I'm kinda new to the whole tuning world.
I just got the PC install done in my 06 MR (https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=223626) and was wondering where to go from here to make the PC benefit the car itself. Is it possible to hook the ECU up to a PC somehow? Is there software available for stuff like real-time gauge/meter readings on the screen?

Get a tactrix cable and EVO SCAN, ECU Flash and a Zeitronix wideband and you can use that in car pc as your own tuning machine! I had one of the first in car pc setups and I was running ECU+ at the time.
