ECU+ PnP for JDM EVO9

I often read about ECU+ awesome datalogging features...mainly thanks to Malibujack How different is it's datalogging from Evoscan really? I already have Evoscan v0.9 and the wideband integration is really useful (I use LM-1) but I don't have EGT, Load and Boost logging. It will be great to have all these in the same package so ECU+ might be the thing for me.

I intend to combine ECUFlash and ECU+ to allow for a really flexible self-tuning platform. Basically, I will just need to purchase a GM 3bar MAP sensor, an external EGT probe, a EGT to 5volt adapter and a GM 3.5" MAF to complete the ECU+ setup right? Any other addons that will make ECU+ even better to use?
