I haven't even received my ECU+ upgrade yet but I have to say that Tom has to be the most customer orientated guy that I have dealt with. He has bent over backwards to help me out. Great guy, that will actually respond to you messages. It seems to be getting harder and harder to find someone that knows the meaning of customer service anymore.

I have to agree... Of all the tools I have ever purchased, the "Customer Experience" with the ECU+ has been the best I've ever dealt with.. Not to mention its currently the best hardware on the market, and simply put, its because he listens and responds to suggestions from his customers about functionality.
Its nice yo feel like you have direct input into the evolution of a great product, I have to say I never felt that way with any other product out there.
