best data logging tool

I am requesting this on behalf of a local mapper. He tried evoscan but wants something better and is willing to pay to get the good stuff.

Which one is the best data logging tool available today and where can I get it?

TIA!

The great thing about the ECU+ is it works with many different widebands, and can log the output from a wideband, and takes all of 10 minutes to install on a car...
