I hav a question with o2 sensor, during idling does the o2 sensor voltage cycling back and forth between 0.1 to 0.9V?? mine problem is the o2 sensor voltage doesn't going back and forth and just stay at 0.07v during idling but does during cruising. Izzit due to a faulty O2 sensor?? Hope u guys out there can help me.

Some info on my ride...94 Lancer GSR 1.8litre turbo. Everything under the hood is stock, the only change was the adjustable fuel regulator with 50psi of fuel pressure.
