Set Fuel pressure with engine out of the car

Is it possible to set the base fuel pressure with the engine out of the car? I'm waiting for my engine to come back from the machine shop and thought I might be able to do this. I have the fuel lab FPR. and a dual in tank walbro setup. So I thought that if I had one of those walbros pumping and attached the fuel rail with the injectors in it to plug the holes then this might be possible. The only thing I can think would be wrong with this is I would be setting the Fuel pressure higher than it actually will be because with the car running the injectors are spraying. which in turn lowers the fuel pressure. Is there anyway to account for that? to make an estimate of how much the injectors might lower the fuel pressure??? They are Precision 1000cc injectors.

I was just seeing if ya'll knew. because I just wanted to turn the car on and it be somewhat on the right base pressure. and also. Does it really matter for the break in procedure if its at the wrong Fuel pressure at first. I'm just kinda paranoid I guess But if this is possible please let me know.

Thanks,

John
