Prosport Gauges.

Out of curiousity, are the prosport gauges any good? I found some on MachEvo for quite cheap, but does the term "You get what you pay for" apply?

I bought a prosport premium boost from ultimate cc. It works great and have has no problems. Looks like a much more expensive gauge. Just wish it came with a better mount. Here's the link to the thread https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...light=prosport

Average guages

I have 3 gauges with warning and peak and they work OK. Only problem I have is I have them set to be white with lights off and orange with lights on. Almost all the time when I start the car in the morning the gauges do not initialize properly and get stuck on max readings. If I turn on the park lights before I start the engine its all OK or if I start the car during the day they are OK... weird. They were installed for 6 months before the problem showed up...

Also some stupid design in them is when the gauges self check the buzzer goes for way to long (4 or 5 seconds) and with 3 gauges it is way to loud and the pins for setting the warning etc vibrate in the housing..

I have them in my car they are nice and inexpensive. I would just lean towards mechanical gauges when you can, especially with the boost. I had both electrical and mechanical the electrical wasn't accurate.
