please help car not starting!

please help car not starting!
i just swapped many parts off of my stock 04 evo to my friends crashed 05 evo (most of the parts below) and then we also swapped ecu's but my car is not creating a spark is that due to different immobilizer codes in his ecu that's now in my car and my keys code
today im going to mitsubishi to get my immobilizer code from them and i just purchased the tactrix cable which should allow me to put the code that's on my key into the ecu and also so i can make some adjustments in the tuining and log everything
will this allow me to change the code on the ecu so that it matches the key and then will the car start?

Yes, you can change the immobilizer code with the ECUFlash software.
The immobilizer code is in hexidecimal, but when you enter it, you'll want to use decimal (so you need to convert the numbers). You can use this simple web page to do the conversion:
