AFR Kit for electronic guys!

Hi guys,
I hope this is the right place to post this...
I found great diagram & kit for those who'd like to build their own...

I know that it's almost cheaper to buy one but it stills interresting.

you cant just buy the parts, that PIC chip has to be programmed.
this is not an easy project for a joe blow guy.
better to just buy a product.
