Guys it been a year and I have a simple problem. I have a 2.0 EVO running a FPGreen Buschur stage 5 car (to many goodies to list go look it up). Stage 5 came with a set of 780CC injectors. I am running a CAT and added a cel spacer to the #2 O2 Sensor and it is still there. Car was setup by a knowledgable guy with a Dyno and many years of experience. He did great work, clean, and fast.

The Mail -n tune from the tuner was loaded and the car did not run, we loaded it again and it still did not run. We contacted the great guys at Buschur (They are Great People and products too) and they send a Flash that was running on an nearly identical setup on the Dyno at Buschur.

My 04 did run on that flash but was way to rich. I drove 400 miles and the exhaust dust changed the color of my rear. We leaned the tune out in flash table (17.1 up to 13.1) but the car continued running to rich (every day a new P172).

We changed the injectors back to stock 580cc. modded the orginial stock flash and got the car running with low wide band readings of 12.7. to 13.4. My car still pops cels the ECUFLASH tool works well but when I Look in EvoScan at the injector duty cycle the injectors are not working more than 80% but I pop at P172 cruising around town at 3 grand and no boost. So I ask everybody what is causing this and The most common response is I do Not KNow? Is is possible I have a bad Factory ECU or wiring harness?
