will i pass emissions with the hks eids on? i'v taken off the bov last year but kept the eids on. the reason i ask is that, when i took off the eids, the engine sounds nice and smooth but when i floor it the RPM struggles to rev high (on neutral). with the eids on, i can rev high at ease (on neutral). any input is appreciated.
