afr

My afr at wot is reading 12.2 with 0 knock on a 100 oct.Is that too lean?Not sure if its safe enough to run it at the drag strip

most say 11.2-11.5 gives best results with safety margin. 12.2 is to lean up top i say. You dont have to knock to be causing wear on your engine. But eventually it will be to late and you will start to knock like crazy.

12.2 isn't too bad for 100 oct. I've run 12.0 on 93 before ... 12.0 would probably be safer on unleaded fuel and you'll probably have a little more power potential too.

12.2 is the optimal burn rate for gasoline, however with that said, the 100 provides some safety but I agree that you should maybe richen up slightly up top to reduce any harm on you're engine even if you're not experience knock.

retune to get your afr down to 11.5-11.7 to be safe
