remap and remap for a few $
can i map my evo8 until my heart is content using a laptop,software,usb-obd cable
for a few hundred $ just like a tuner would?
but without the experience etc?
evoscan etc?

I can help you out w/ e-tuning your car. As long as you have a tactrix, wideband, and a logging software..
